Miranda van Staden utilizes social media sites as a way to offer “sneak peaks” and photo sharing. She always has her clients’ best interests at heart and will never post anything inappropriate. She is very careful when using images of babies and children as she is aware of the dangers on the internet. In order to post the photos from this session to any type of her online accounts such as social media sites or utilize your photos in any way for advertising, client examples, or sharing, a model release is required. Upon signature, you are providing permission for the release to apply to all individuals who are being photographed at the identified session.
For valuable consideration received, I hereby give consent to Miranda van Staden, to use my image, likeness and/or sound of my voice as recorded in any photograph, photographic image and/or video, in publications, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, in print publications and online publications. I hereby grant to Miranda van Staden the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in her own name or otherwise, and to use, re-use, publish or republish the photograph, photographic image or video recording taken of me or in which I may be included, as described hereinbefore, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, if she so chooses, made through any medium and in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my image, likeness and/or sound of my voice as recorded in any photograph, photographic image and/or video. Miranda.van Staden may sell, assign, license or otherwise transfer all rights granted to it hereunder. I hereby agree to release, defend and hold harmless Miranda van Staden, and all persons acting under her permission or authority, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of my image, likeness and/or sound of my voice as recorded in any photograph, photographic image and/or video, or by virtue of any alteration, processing or use thereof in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, as well as any publication or distribution thereof.
